We booked a last minute vacation to Disney for our 2 year old and 9 month old, traveling 12/13-12/17. I've been trying to get reservations at kid friendly restaurants, but all are booked. Any suggestions on the best way to capitalize on cancellations?

Hey Anne!  What a great treat for your family.  Can't think of anything better than a last minute trip to WDW.  Okay, as far as reservations.  First of all, keep calling.  Try every day to see if there have been any cancellations.  Once you arrive at WDW, call again.  Then finally, it never hurts to stop by the restaurant you are trying to secure a reservation to.  You just never know who may have decided to drop their ADR.  I truly hope you have success and remember to be open on your dining times, this may help you to grab a last minute ADR.
I hope you and your family have a fantastic WDW trip and a very happy holiday season.  Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel with your great question.
