Welcome aboard, Irene! One of the things I tell guests before they set sail on a Disney cruise is that they certainly will not lack for things to do while sailing with Disney!
Each day, you will receive your Personal Navigator, which is a listing and schedule of that day's events and activities. It is chock full of fun things to do! Your girls will absolutely love spending time together in the
Oceaneer's Club and Oceaneer's Lab. I have a feeling that the Pixie Hollow area will be a favorite for your girls. There they have dress-ups, pixie games on computers, craft time and even special events with Tinkerbell herself! Of course the other areas of the Club, like Andy's Room and the magic floor are always big hits as well.
Pirate Night is a great night on Disney Cruise Line. Be sure to get some pirate costumes or accessories for your family (adults too!) and pack them to take with you, (or buy them onboard as well). There are special events in the clubs, a pirate menu at dinner, pirate festivities and a show on the pool deck and of course Disney Cruise Line's famous fireworks at sea! What a fun night!
Other things your family will enjoy are the family crafts throughout your cruise. These take place in various venues that will be listed in your navigator. My kids love the paper airplane-making, door hangers, and princess crafts, and we love that we get to join in the fun with them! I have a feeling your girls might get into the family dance parties with the characters as well!
Enjoy planning your cruise, Irene, and know that you won't have a chance to be bored on the Fantasy! That's for sure!
