Ahoy, Anais!
Thank you for reaching out to planDisney with your question! I love your spontaneity in booking a last-minute sailing for your crew! There's nothing better than a single-digit countdown to vacation.
Anais, while Disney Cruise Line does offer Pack n' Plays onboard, they are subject to availability. If it's easy to bring one along, I'd plan on packing a Pack n' Play for peace of mind. If there's one in your
stateroom upon arrival, you can easily slide yours under the bed for the duration of your cruise. There's plenty of space to fit it underneath, along with your luggage. I also recommend letting your stateroom host/hostess know if you'd like it collapsed during the day or left up for naptime.
I hope you'll find that Disney Cruise Line makes it very easy to
sail with little ones. One convenience is having your baby's food pureed in the main dining rooms and through room service. If you are bringing any food or formula on board, be sure it's prepackaged and sealed in your carry-on luggage, and that it can be prepared in your stateroom or the ship's main venue areas. When my son experienced his first sailing, he loved
"it's a small world" nursery! It allowed my husband and me to enjoy some of the adult-only offerings while he was close by, having fun with other sailors his age for a small, nominal hourly fee. If you don't see any hours to book online, stop by during the Open House hours on the first afternoon to
inquire about availability and to ask any questions you have about this imaginative space. If your baby is crawling, I suggest a family-friendly, fun event popular with Guests of all ages: "Jack-Jack's Incredible Diaper Dash." All babies who are crawling age are eligible to enter to compete for the fastest crawling baby on your sailing and will receive a keepsake for their entry. Even if you don't have a contestant, I recommend checking the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the day and time and arriving about 15-20 minutes early for a good spot.
Anais, I'm glad you reached out with your question. We hope you have the most magical time sailing with Captains Mickey and Minnie next week!
Bon Voyage,
Nancy
