Hi, Kathleen! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Currently, Guests do not normally receive email confirmations of confirmed tour reservations, such as the ones that are sent for Advance Dining Reservations. This may make it a bit hard to keep track of your reservation, so I have a little tip for you. A couple of years ago, I booked
Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour at Magic Kingdom Park, and misplaced my confirmation number twice before my trip! The second time I called Guest Services to get my confirmation number, the Cast Member I spoke with told me about the Notes section of My Disney Experience, where you can add reminders to your daily itinerary. This worked out to be the perfect place to add my tour confirmation number.
When you go into the
My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your Disney's Keys to the Kingdom tour. Then, click on
Add Plans at the top left, and choose to
Add a Note. This will open a note where you can add the time and location of your event, label your event, and add your confirmation number to an optional
Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s itinerary, even when using the My Disney Experience mobile app. The morning of my Keys to the Kingdom Tour, I was able to pull up the app on my phone and double check the time of my tour. It popped right up as the app loaded – saving me a THIRD call to Guest Services!
I hope this tip helps you with your trip planning, Kathleen. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
