Hi we have just booked for July 2013 & one of the dine plans was included free in our booking but I'm unsure which one.... if it is the quick service one am I able to still book in a table service restaurant & use the plan? Thanks

Hi, Glyniss!  If you have indeed received the Quick-Service Dining Plan with your reservation, then you will not be able to use it at Table-Service restaurants. You may still dine at Table-Service meals, but you will have to pay out-of-pocket because they are not included in the Quick-Service Plan.  If this is something you plan to do often, you may want to check on paying the difference and upgrading to the regular Disney Dining Plan.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
