When I booked the hotel and tickets I didn’t notice that the age was different from the hotel and the tickets until my daughter noticed that the tickets list them as 3-9 instead of 10+. Will I be able to pay the difference at the hotel or park?

    Howdy Carlos!

Way to “reach for the sky!” You’re going to Disneyland Resort, and that’s certainly something to chEAR about. I love that you’re going with your family; what a rootin’ tootin’ adventure you’ll have together!

Carlos, Disneyland Resort is for little and big Mouseketeers alike, and you can call the Disneyland ticket help desk at (714) 781-4636, where a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you with the ages on your tickets! And as the lovable Aliens in Toy Story say, “We are eternally grateful” for your patience. You may have to wait on hold for a bit due to all the excitement, but a Cast Member will be happy to assist you once you’re connected.

Do be sure to make those theme park reservations, as they’re required, along with your theme park tickets to enter the parks!

So long, partner. I hope you have an enchanting time with your family, Carlos!
