    We booked a hotel and park reservations, however we are unable to book a park reservations. It says we need to link however we are unable to. How do I do this?

    I’m happy to walk you through the process of linking your vacation reservations to your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account, no problem! You can create one with just a few quick clicks using this link. Once you have you can reserve away!

    You can use this link to add Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, theme park tickets, Memory Maker and even dining reservations to your account. 

    After you have linked your tickets, you can make your Disney Park Pass Reservations by following the step-by-step instructions on this link.

    Mary, did you know that you can access all of your Disney vacation information on the My Disney Experience app? It’s a super handy thing to have when you’re exploring the theme parks. I highly recommend downloading it before your visit to get acquainted with it. I just love the maps and attraction wait time features!
