    Hello, I booked a GTY stateroom and was recently assigned one. Are we able to pay for an upgrade once assigned?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your cruise must be right around the corner if your guarantee stateroom has been assigned! How exciting! If you are looking for a different location on the ship, there still may be a chance for you to change your newly assigned stateroom. If you booked a restricted guaranteed stateroom, then you are able to pay the difference to upgrade to another restricted guaranteed category, if available. If your guarantee was not restricted, then you are able to pay to upgrade to another category depending on availability on your sailing.

    My advice is to call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and have your reservation number handy. A representative will be able to check to see if your reservation has restrictions and be able to provide you with all your options.
