Have booked a Fort Wilderness Campground Reservation for 2022. Due to a booking problem, last visit was able to request a loop and a few preferred sites based on a loop friends had to book using their DVC points... how should I go about doing that again?

    Hi Amanda!

Thanks for stopping by to see us here at planDisney! You are sure to have a rootin’ tootin’ good time at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! You’ll find everything you need for the rustic camping experience, but with a dash of Disney magic! There are so many things to do at this resort that it is a destination in itself. Go fishing, visit the horses at Circle D Ranch, or take archery lessons!

Amanda, if you’d like to request a specific loop or campsite you’ll need to call Disney reservations to have the request added to your reservation. If you are a group with several reservations you should ask the other parties for their reservation numbers and you can also ask to have a special code attached to your reservation noting that you are a group traveling together. If you are traveling with your Disney Vacation Club friends again, and they booked through DVC this time as well, they can call Member Services to add room requests to their reservation.

Please know that requests are just that, and not a booking category or a guarantee. Cast Members will do their very best, but you could arrive and find that your request was not able to be accommodated, so do be prepared for that possibility. In my experience, my requests are met probably three times out of four, so I believe it never hurts to ask!

Sending you pixie dust, Amanda, for the perfect room request!
