Hello, Lan, and welcome to planDisney!
If you were not able to purchase theme park tickets online for your travel dates, then the parks are not available on those days. Walt Disney World theme parks are currently operating at a limited capacity for Guests. I checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar on disneyworld.com and there is park availability for
Epcot on June 18. If you’d like to visit Epcot, then you need to purchase park tickets immediately.
Once you purchase your theme park tickets, you will need to make a theme park reservation through the
Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a theme park reservation, along with valid park admission for the same park on the same date. You can view the
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation or follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
- Select all members of your party from your family and friends list.
- Select the date you wish to visit, the park you want to visit, and the time you will arrive.
- Review your reservation details and confirm.
If you have any trouble making your park reservations, you can contact the
Disney Reservation Center for assistance. Call (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member. Please keep in mind that the call volume may be very high, however, Disney Cast Members will be more than happy to help you when they can.
Please let the Panel know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Have a magical day!
Bob
