If we booked flight through Disney do they chose seats together? We are flying AirTran and wonder if we should pay the $6 fee per seat on website or if this has already been done.

    Hi Jessica,

I am not sure that Disney would make your seating arrangements especially on a carrier like AirTran where sitting together is an extra fee. Some AirTran passengers may not want to pay the extra money to sit together and would take whichever seat is assigned to them.

I would recommend you call Disney and ask them for your AirTran confirmation number. You will need this to check-in for your flight and print boarding passes. I would then decide if you want to spend the additional $6 a person to guarantee your family is sitting together.

When my family flew AirTran, we paid the extra money to sit together because we were flying with my nephew who was only 10 months at the time. We wanted to be able to help out with him and also keep his older brother and sister entertained.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
