Ahoy Christine!
Congratulations on your first magical voyage onboard the newest beauty in the Disney fleet! I love having plenty of time to plan for my family's cruise vacation so I hope you will enjoy this process as well. For your seven-night sailing, you can expect four cruise casual nights, one pirate themed night (can also be casual), one semi-formal night, and one formal night. Disney Cruise Line has helpful
dining attire recommendations and as well as
packing lists that I would check out while you prepare. Since this is your first cruise experience, you will be able to book onboard fun and adventures ashore online 75 days before you set sail. Onboard fun includes adult-only dining experiences at Palo and Remy, spa treatments, and Bibbibi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers and pirate transformations. Port Adventures are offered through the cruise line and are fantastic if you want to experience the tropical ports of call on your sailing.
If you haven't already, order the
free planning DVD which provides you with a wealth of information about cruising the high seas with Mickey. Also, navigate your way around the
Disney Cruise Line website and jot down any questions you may have for me. I'm looking forward to my second sailing on the Fantasy in just a few weeks and will be experiencing the Eastern itinerary on this particular cruise so I'll be happy to continue to assist you.
Happy Planning!
Nancy
