    Hi. I booked a fireworks cruise for august 25 via phone this past Wednesday. I have a confirmation #, but do not see it in my plans, nor have I received a confirmation email. I don’t have 3 hours to wait to talk to an agent again. How can I confirm my book

    Ahoy, Vanessa!

    Without a doubt, fireworks cruises are my absolute favorite Enchanting Extra. In fact, I just recently surprised my family with a waterfront view of the Happily Ever After fireworks spectacular and it was easily the highlight of our trip. 

    Vanessa, once you book your cruise, you will receive a confirmation number. Your confirmation number is unable to be linked to your My Disney Experience Account. 

    Whenever I booked, I also did not receive a confirmation email. I will admit this made me a little nervous, but our cruise went off without a hitch. 

    Disney does recommend calling back to confirm your cruise about 2 weeks before you are due to set sail, but I also received a phone call from a friendly Cast Member 2 days before to confirm our cruise.

    Did you know that snacks are provided for your fireworks cruise? We had a variety of sodas and water as well as chips, pretzels, and other goodies. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks. Our party brought a couple of bottles of wine and a cheese plate to enjoy while we cruised the bay.
