we have booked a family holiday, (probably our last as a family) to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and the kids graduating from College and Uni at Sarasota Springs., please can you help with ways to make sure we celebrate in the best way?

Hi, Elaine!  I get all teary thinking of this being your last family vacation together!  My daughter is just a short time away from college graduation, and I don't even want to think about her not coming on vacations with us!

My favorite way to celebrate is with some really wonderful meals.  We love the California Grill for a really wonderful celebration dinner, and I think Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge is a close second.  You might be able to get a table that allows you to watch the Wishes fireworks from your seat at California Grill, and after a nice dinner at Jiko, you could take a ride to Downtown Disney for a ride in the hot air balloon, Characters in Flight.

Speaking of Downtown Disney, you could get tickets for the Cirque du Soleil show La Nouba.  Have a nice dinner at Portobello before your show.

Maybe you'd like to enjoy a special tour together, like the Wild Africa Trek.  This VIP behind the scenes tour captures all of the wonderful memories for you on a CD to take home with you and enjoy now that those kids have decided to grow up!  You can get more information on that by checking out the Wild Africa Trek webpage.

Finally, check out the Walt Disney World Specialty Cruises information.  You may be able to book a specialty cruise, taking you out to a private viewing space of either Wishes fireworks or Illuminations.  It's an incredible way to end a day.

Have an absolutely wonderful vacation, Elaine!  I hope the memories you create will remain special in your heart long after you're taking your grandchildren to Walt Disney World!
