    I booked a Euro Cruise in May of 2020 using DVC points. This cruise was cancelled due to COVID. I rebooked a Christmas cruise in Dec of 2020 with the May 2020 cruise points. This cruise was cancelled. How long are my points valid and how can I use them?

    Welcome to planDisney, Nick! I am so glad that you decided to cruise by with a vacation question about your Disney Vacation Club Membership. As a Disney Vacation Club Member, I love the flexibility of my Vacation Points! The ability to use them to book Disney Vacation Club Resort stays, visits to other Disney Destinations, and cruises on Disney Cruise Line has opened up a whole new world of vacation magic for my family. I hope you can find yourself on a fabulous cruise sometime soon to make up for those canceled cruises.

    Disney Vacation Club Members that have a canceled cruise with Disney Cruise Line will receive either a full refund, the ability to rebook a new cruise with additional credit, or the option to “park” their cruise for a later date. Some policies have been modified temporarily regarding expiring Vacation Points. I highly recommend that you contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800 to discuss your options. You may want to log into your Disney Cruise Line account to see if you have a Future Cruise Credit showing in your account for the canceled cruise. If so, you can use this credit to book a future sailing with Disney Cruise Line!
