We have booked a DW vacation with 8 out of our party of 11 never having been there. We have never done a dinner show before......are they really worth taking two table service meals off of the dining plan? We were considering the Backyard BBQ.

Hi Susan! The dinner shows are really a blast. Mickey's Backyard BBQ is a great way for your kids to get up close to some of their favourite characters. I hear you on your concern about using two credits. It's not always worth it, so sometimes I will pay out of pocket for shows etc. What I recommend is checking out the AllEars (dot net) website, where they list all dining spots, complete with menus and prices. This way, you'll get a sense of what your meals will cost, so you can decide which will cost less, and be better to pay for out of pocket.

Write us back with any other questions Susan! Wishing you a magical vacation!
