Donna, if you've selected Disney Cruise Line's
ground transportation, your port arrival and
boarding time will be determined by your motor coach's schedule. So, unless you'd like to book the
"Royal Gathering," you can wait until the following morning to complete your online check-in. You'll receive your pickup time in an email about 24 hours before embarkation if you are staying at a Disney resort hotel or at a partner hotel in the departure city. You can also stop by the front desk to ask if, for some reason, that email does not arrive. Usually, the motor coaches from resort hotels or the partner hotels arrive mid-morning, but it depends on your pickup time.
A few important reminders about check-in: have all required documents ready, as you'll need to upload them along with a photo of each member of your traveling party. The pictures need to be from the shoulders up with a clean background. You'll also be able to enter your credit card information for onboard charges, along with your travel arrangements and an emergency contact. I like to have everything I need in front of me to make the process go smoothly. Once you have completed the online check-in, you'll be able to print off the port arrival form or save it to your mobile wallet.
