Harley, the Disney Springs Area Hotels are a great choice when it comes to places to stay. With their proximity to Disney Springs and some added perks at Walt Disney World, you can't go wrong with any of these hotels. You'll be happy to know that most of these hotels are available to link to your
My Disney Experience account. This is helpful if you plan on using
Early Theme Park Entry, since a simple scan of your MagicBand should notify the Cast Member that you are eligible for this added benefit. To link your hotel to your account, log on to your My Disney Experience account. Click on "My Plans and Tickets" underneath the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu. Scroll down to "Resort Hotel" and select "Link a Reservation." Enter your confirmation number and the last name on your reservation to link your hotel. Depending on how you booked your reservation, there are times when the confirmation you receive is not the correct one to link your hotel to your account. You may need to call the hotel directly to obtain the Disney-specific code.
Being able to walk to the countless restaurants and shopping locations at
Disney Springs is a big perk of staying in this area. If you plan on eating there at some point during your stay, I highly suggest checking out
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. The food is incredible, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The Thigh High Chicken Biscuits are worth the visit alone!
