Tara from ON Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are booked on Disney Magic in June/22, and wish to cancel before deposit forfeit. We don’t want to modify, and cancellation not available online. Calls disconnect after 3hrs (many tries), submitted Help form online, but cannot reach agents. Any ideas?

Hello, Tara and welcome to planDisney, we thank you for your important question.

I am sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your Disney Cruise Line sailing on the Disney Magic, and I apologize for the difficulty in contacting Disney Cruise Line during this unprecedented time. If I may suggest using these Disney Cruise Line numbers to reach the reservation team at (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797 when phone lines open and before they close Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time which seem to be a bit better in terms of waiting times. As well, you can also reach Disney Cruise Line by Email ensuring you leave the name of the Lead Guest, Address and Reservation Confirmation number in the email to expedite the service. I had a similar experience recently and was able to resolve my matter via Email and with my experience, it took up to 5 business days for a response. I really hope this works for you this time, Tara.

Tara, when you do decide to return to Disney Cruise Line for a future sailing kindly refer to any periodic Disney Cruise Line special offers that may be of interest to you, some of which may be on the newest ship in the fleet, the Disney Wish.

I hope this information is helpful to you, I wish I could have helped you plan more excitement with regard to your European sailing and I also wish you much success with your endeavour.

    Best Disney Wishes,
    Jacqueline
