Hi Tracey!
Welcome back to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you organise your holiday reservation so you can start planning for your holiday.
The good news is that as of 9th January 2024, we no longer need to make any park reservations, so you don't need to have your reservation linked to your account in advance of your trip (where previously we needed to do this in order to make park reservations).
Your tour operator should have given you a booking reference which you can use to link your hotel and tickets online. As you have booked a package (including a hotel and park tickets), go to your
My Disney Experience on the website at disneyworld.co.uk/plan/ , set up an account, then click on 'Plans and Tickets". By entering your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel' 'Link a Reservation', both your hotel and ticket details should appear under your plans. Then you'll be set to go.
If you haven't been given a Disney Reservation Number, you'll need to contact your tour operator directly for this, as you can't access it from anywhere else.
When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, the cast members at the Front Desk will be able to assist you if you are still having difficulties linking everything to your account. If you are using
Disney bands, they will also link them to your account so you can use them for charging, theme park admission and unlocking your hotel room. If you don't wish to purchase Disney bands you can request Key to the World cards which will operate in the same way as Disney bands, and they are free of charge.
If you need further clarification about any of the above,
please send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
