Hello there, Alison! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question. It sounds like a dream vacation is almost here!

I'd be happy to help you prepare for your embarkation day. If you have ground transportation booked with Disney Cruise Line from the London Gatwick Airport, please arrange to meet at 11:00 a.m. on the North Terminal Arrivals level in front of the Costa Coffee shop. If your flight arrives at London Gatwick Airport on the morning of your sailing, Disney Cruise Line agents will be located near the baggage claim area to direct you to your transportation.

When I have booked ground transfers with Disney Cruise Line, I typically receive an email two days before my cruise vacation with transportation details. Keep an eye on your inbox as your sailing approaches for any important communication from Disney Cruise Line.

I'm wishing you a marvelous time aboard the Disney Dream. I like to recommend the Midship Detective Agency game onboard for the young and young at heart. It's an interactive game that can be played throughout your cruise and provides a great way to explore the beautiful ship.
