    Hi - I just booked the Disney Alaska Cruise today for August 25, 2014. Woo-hoo! Are there highly recommended or "must-do" Port Adventures that we should do while in Skagway, Juneau or Ketchikan? The "we" are 3 adult travelers

    Congratulations on booking an Alaskan adventure on the high seas on the magnificent Disney Wonder next August! I love your enthusiasm and know you are going to thoroughly enjoy planning your wondrous voyage over the next year!  If you have scanned the Port Adventures online, I'm sure you can agree with me that the Disney Cruise Line Port Adventure Team has outdone themselves with the incredible offerings available!  I really don't think you will be disappointed with any of your selections, but I'm happy to recommend a few that I think your crew will enjoy! The White Pass Railway is quite popular in Skagway and I also suggest checking out the Glacier Discovery by Helicopter, or the Yukon Suspension Bridge and Klondike Explorer.  In Juneau, have a look at 5-Glacier Floatplane Exploration, the Deluxe Tour of Juneau, Dog Sledding on Mendenhall Glacier by Helicopter or Mendenhall Glacier and Whale Quest.  While in Ketchikan, the Lumberjack Show is popular, but if you want something more adventurous I suggest the Misty Fjords Boat and Floatplane Adventure, the Bering Sea Crab Fisherman's Tour and Dinner with Crew (Disney Exclusive), or the Best of Ketchikan by Land and Sea. 
    Since you have some time to research for next summer's sailing, I suggest you and your traveling companions each make a "Top 3" list for each port of call and then come together to come up with a "Top 3" for the three of you so you are ready just in case some adventures are already booked up.
