We booked the dining plan and have a 2 year old traveling with us. Since she is considered 'free' will she be able to order a meal off the kids menu separetly or does she have to share? Or will we have to pay for her food?

Hi Melody!  You are going to make so many magical memories with your little princess at Walt Disney World.  Seeing all the fun through the eyes of a child is the most amazing feeling in the universe.  I hope you have a wonderful time on your upcoming adventure.

At buffet style Disney Dining locations you will be able to make a plate for your daughter to enjoy at no charge.   If you dine at  Table Service, or Quick Service Disney Dining locations your daughter is welcome to share off of any adult plate at no charge.   I have found through the years of traveling with my little ones that the portions are rather large and I had more than enough food to share.

Thanks for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We love to help Guests have the most pixie-dusted time possible on Disney Parks vacations.   If you need any help in the future please let us know.

    Happy Disney Dining,

    ~Jen
