I booked our vacation/honeymoon for the day after our wedding. I booked it under my current last name. Do I need to call and change the reservation to my fiancé’s last name or will it be ok?

Hiya, Matherine! How exciting to be planning your honeymoon - I hope the wedding plans are going smoothly and as stress free as possible.

You won't have to worry at all about the reservation still being in your name. Chances are, especially since you are leaving the day after the wedding, you won't have had time to change any of your current identification to your new name. My daughter got married last year and headed out on her honeymoon with her passport and drivers license still in her name - then she took an extra vacation day when she got back to change everything to her new married name.

Hey, did you know that you can register for your Disney Honeymoon? You can set up a registry, just like you would at your local department store, and guests who wish to can make a gift towards your honeymoon! It'll be a big help to add some special dinners or a cool tour or something.

Also, you can capture your first vacation as husband and wife in one of the Disney Fine Art Photography sessions. Capture the start of your very own fairytale in front of Cinderella castle.

Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and a world of magic, Matherine!
