    We booked a 5 day 4 night vacation package(hotel and tickets included)how/where do we pick up our theme park tickets ? and if it is at our hotel can we pick them up before check in since check in time is at 3 so we can go to the park and not lose a day

    You do pick up your park tickets at your resort. What you need to do is go to the hotel first thing when you arrive at WDW to "pre-register." At this time, you will be given your Key to the World card. This magic piece of plastic will serve as your room key, your park tickets, and your meal credits (if you have the Disney Dining Plan). It will also function as a charge card for souvenirs and sundries. You will be given a phone number to call to later to double check that you room is ready so you don't return to the resort too early.

    The bell services desk will keep any luggage for you in a secure area until your room is ready. And then you can go off to explore the parks.
