    We booked the 12 day medeterrean cruise. Disney does a wonderful job with my allergies/intolerances. Is it worth it to book Palos if I'm lactose intolerant /allergic to chocolate? Also, will I have to eat sorbet/fruit for dessert everyday? I love desserts.

    Congratulations on your upcoming Mediterranean voyage on Disney Cruise Line!  This sounds like a dream vacation to me, and I know you are looking for forward to lots of Magic in the Mediterranean! 
    Desserts are my absolute favorite part of my meals each night so I understand your concern about your food allergies and intolerances. I think you will find Disney Cruise Line to be very accommodating to your specific conditions.  The DCL culinary team  will go above and beyond so you can enjoy the same delicious cuisine as any other Guest. If you haven't already, make sure to have a Cruise Reservation Agent note your allergies and intolerances on your cruise reservation.  You can do so by calling (800) 951-3532.
    On the first night of your sailing, the Head Waiter will visit your table to assist you with your selections and help you understand what changes and substitutions can be made.  They may also share with you the next night's menu so you can go ahead and preselect your entrees in advance. 
    With 12 nights onboard, I would definitely recommend a visit to Palo.  The chefs there will also be very happy to make the needed accommodations so you can enjoy some savory Northern Italian cuisine!
