Ahoy Tiana!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so glad you sailed by with a question about your cruise on the
Disney Magic this fall! You are in for a frightfully fun time during your
Halloween on the High Seas adventure.
My favorite day on our vacation is embarkation day! I cannot wait to step onboard the ship and hear our name called. It is one of the most magical moments on each sailing. Where else do you get announced as royalty when you start your vacation?
During your Online Check-In process, you will select a
Port Arrival Time. This will be the time you are scheduled to arrive at the cruise terminal to check in and board the ship. For most sailings, the boarding process starts at 11:00 AM local time, but can vary depending on itinerary and when port authorities clear the ship for guests.
Typically, guests can begin to debark the ship at the conclusion of your sailing between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM once the ship has been cleared by U.S. Customs. There is often a rush to get off the ship right away once it is cleared, but the lines start to shrink quickly and it is an easy process to debark, find your luggage, proceed through the Customs checkpoint and find your transportation.
Cruise on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any additional questions you have as you plan your haunted high seas adventure!
Bon voyage! Angie
