Tim, I'm glad to hear you'll be arriving the day before your cruise departs from
Port Canaveral. Travel days can be stressful, so I always recommend coming in at least a day early, just in case. I checked the Walt Disney World Resort website and didn't see any
Special Offers for a 1-night stay at this time. With that said, I put in your date and see availability if you're interested in booking. Many Guests like a stopover at the
Walt Disney World Resort pre-cruise to get the magic started early and to purchase the Disney Cruise Line
ground transportation to the port the following morning. Disney Cruise Line also partners with the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport and the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront. You can also purchase ground transfers from the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. At this time, Disney Cruise Line does not offer ground transfers from the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, and I did not see a hotel shuttle to the port listed on their website. To add a pre-cruise stay and/or ground transfers, please call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time.
I'm thrilled you have a festive way to celebrate Halloween this year, Tim! The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will have all the spooktacular details from trick-or-treating to the story of Mucklebones, the Pumpkin Tree in the Lobby Atrium, to Mickey's Mouse-querade Party! All the characters will be in the Halloween spirit, so be sure to bring something to wear to join the fun, whether it's whimsical or ghoulish!
