Ahoy, Jolene!
Congratulations on booking an adults-only escape to celebrate two important events!
My husband and I have sailed a number of times without our children on Disney Cruise Line. One of our "must-dos" as adults is a brunch in Palo. This is something that I look forward to on every DCL vacation! Since you are celebrating such milestone occasions, be sure to note that on your reservation by calling Disney Cruise Line directly at 800-951-3532. You might get some surprises throughout your cruise, and you can get "Happy Anniversary" and "Happy Birthday" buttons by visiting the Guest Services desk.
In Key West, there is a tour that I would love to try the next time I am there. And, better yet, it is just for adults! The "
Old Town Trolley or Conch Train Tour - Adult Only Departure" sounds fantastic! I love to get a taste of local history when I'm visiting a port, and there is plenty of time afterward to explore on your own. Since Key West in the southernmost city in the US, I would want to visit the marker to take a picture.
As far as visiting Nassau, I will admit that we often don't get off the Disney Cruise Line ship at that port. I would not feel comfortable just wandering around here. So, you might explore the
Port Adventures options listed on the DCL website. Booking through Disney Cruise Line at this port is a good idea.
Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary! Have a MAGICal cruise on the Disney Magic! Please visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any more questions that arise before you and your husband set sail!
Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
