Ahoy Tonya!
I'm so excited to hear you have booked a cruise on the newest member of the Disney fleet! I will be boarding this ship in a couple of weeks and can't wait to see what the Disney Imagineers have created for this magnificent vessel!
The Orlando Airport is about an hour away from the Disney Cruise Line Terminal. You might consider bringing a booster seat with you since you will have to store it in your stateroom. My son used bed rails on our last cruise, and I called about a month prior to sailing to request them. But, feel free to call (800) 951-3532 at any time to add them to your reservation information.
I'm not sure if you are sailing on the Eastern or Western Caribbean itinerary so I suggest you check out the
Port Adventure information on
DisneyCruise.com. With your son being three, there will be several options that are five years and older so my suggestion is to look into the excursions that are age appropriate. There are some wonderful adventures for all ages, and I do recommend trying a variety of experiences during your time in port.
Please let me know if you have more questions! I'm here to help!
Have a wonderful day!
Nancy
