I booked 2nd cruise on 1st cruise. If I want to change my dates will I 1) lose discounts? 2) how do I do that? 3) any special secrets I should know about doing this? I was told since we didnt know when we wanted to go to pick the furthest date out. TY!!

Welcome back, Alisha! It's a great idea to book your next sailing with Disney Cruise Line while onboard the first, as there are some great perks to doing so! We've done this each time we've sailed and it's helped us not only plan ahead, but save some money in the process.

The perks and benefits have changed recently, incorporating some additional rules as well as black-out dates for particular sailings. There are a few extra details, so I'd suggest that you give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532 to go over your options for changing your sail date. Be sure to have your reservation number handy so they can look up your exact reservation and advise you based on that as well as based on the new rules. If you booked before these new rules, you may be exempt from certain restrictions, but they'll be able to give you specifics and lots of great options.

I hope you're able to switch your cruise reservation to the one that will be perfect for your family, Alisha! Now that you've already sailed with Disney, you'll know more of what to expect and you can experience even more this time! Happy planning!
