Emily,
Never feel silly asking. The whole point of a spa service is to relax and enjoy, and worrying about attire should be off the table!
You will find that the staff at
Senses is focused on making you feeling comfortable.
When I go to a spa I am typically in shorts and a t-shirt, mostly because I am on vacation in Orlando, and it is hot. So come as you are. Swimsuits are not a bad idea, especially if you want to take advantage of the whirlpool.
As for during the service, that is based on what is in your comfort zone. For many who are regular massage patrons, you remove everything before getting under the covers on the table. Of course they provide you some privacy to make that move to the table. If you are comfortable with doing that, it is what I would personally recommend.
But what if you are not comfortable doing that? Totally understandable! Do what makes
YOU feel comfortable. If keeping some garments on makes you relax more, do that. Consider wearing something that is loose, so that they therapist can get to any problem areas.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't feel silly. Do what makes you the most comfortable and relaxed. And enjoy. I am a huge fan of massage services, and I hope you will become a fan too!
Have a magical vacation!
