I have booked a couple character dinners. Do I need to book dinner reservations at all restaurants?

    Hi Msquires!

One of my favorite aspects of planning my Disney vacation is booking my dining reservations!  With all the fantastic dining options available at the theme parks, resorts and Downtown Disney, guests are able to savor cuisines that will appeal to all types of palates!

Congratulations on booking Character dining experiences for your upcoming stay.  Those are highly coveted and will provide some of the best memories of your trip.  Although reservations are not required, per se, it is always recommended that guests make their dining reservation to ensure that they will have a seat at their preferred time and restaurant.  Granted, you do have vast choices with dining options at WDW, but it is pretty much guaranteed that the more popular experiences, such as 'Ohana, California Grill and the newly opened Be Our Guest Restaurant will have no last minute reservations available.  So, if you are looking to book these restaurants, its is in your best interest to book early!

Hope this helps you plan your magical experience!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
