Welcome to
planDisney, Alana! I'm so happy to know you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in September. Thanks for sending us your planning question.
Nap time is so key in making sure your Mouseketeer can enjoy their time at the theme parks. I'm happy to report that you can leave the theme park and return to the same park later in the day.
When my girls were little they were very early risers, which worked out great when it came to visiting any of the theme parks when they first opened. As soon as the clock struck 12 p.m., it was time to get them some lunch and a nap back at our Disney hotel. It also gave my husband and I a nice break midday to cool off at our room and then head back to the parks for fireworks.
As you enjoy the parks, be sure to visit the
Baby Care Centers. They are a clean, quiet place where you can give your toddler a snack, change a diaper and/or use the restroom. The restrooms are usually less busy than the others at the parks, which is great during those potty training years because there are less distractions! The centers also sell baby food, baby items and over-the-counter medicine.
Alana, please feel free to come back to see us if you have any other planning questions. It's always
our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
Veronica
