    Hi, We have booked club rooms at the beach club through WDW (uk) for next April and I was just wondering how far in advance do the concierge start contacting you to help book reservations ect before you travel? X

    Hello Samantha,

    It sounds like you have an absolutely magical visit to Walt Disney World planned for April!  You are going to love staying Club Level at Disney's Beach Club Resort.  You'll be pampered with personalized service and extra amenities, even before your vacation begins.  Since you have already made your reservation, I'm told that you should be hearing from a Cast Member from the Walt Disney World Itinerary Planning Office about 190 days before your trip.  Be sure to take full advantage of their services, since there are so many resources they have at their fingertips to make your trip practically perfect, from dining reservations to child care services to golf tee times (and much, much more).
