    I booked a Club Level at the Grand Californian to surprise my son and husband for their birthdays. I want to make sure I can request 3 robes for our room. Is this a request I can make in advance with the Concierge Team in advance?

I love club level stays, and you are in for a treat at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. If it is anything like the club level service at Walt Disney World Resort, I will warn you, you will never want to stay at a Disney resort any other way again! 

    Jennifer, the concierge team at Grand Californian will be more than happy to assist you! You can simply call the Grand Californian Hotel's number at (714) 635-2300, and ask to speak to a member of the Concierge Team!
