    We are booked into the Caribbean Beach resort in August. Can we arrive at the hotel in the am & leave our car and bags there and head out to the park? Then just check in and get our room on the way back? Will the Magic Bans then open the door?

    Hi Cheryl! That is a great question! Guests simply can’t wait to get to the Disney Parks upon arrival to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I don’t blame them one bit! In fact, I always find a way to get to the parks prior to checking into my room! Fortunately, the Walt Disney World Resort makes this easy for Guests!

    Upon arrival at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, report to bell services or the front desk and request that they hold your bags until check-in time! They will tag your bag and provide you with a card with your bag number. Simply present your card when you return and your bags will be brought to you! I provided a tip for the convenient service!

    As long as you have linked your resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account, your room should unlock via use of your MagicBands or by using your My Disney Experience app on your mobile device!

    I did this on my most recent visits to Disney’s Contemporary Resort (2021) and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (2019)! It was so convenient! It took minutes to drop the bags and then board Disney Transportation to the parks!
