Hello! I booked a campsite and 2 day park package. Due to medical reasons, I had to cancel the park days. But when I log onto Disney, it shows my campsite reservations and also dwws. I didn’t purchase this so I’m confused. What does this mean?

Welcome back to planDisney, Liz! You are going to have the very best time during your stay at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! Thanks for sending us your planning question.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your theme park days due to medical issues. The best way to get more information about your reservation is by calling the Resort directly. A Cast Member will be happy to pull up your information and help you modify it, if need be, to make sure things are in order.

During your stay you won’t want to miss the Electrical Water Pageant. You can enjoy the twinkling lights of this classic parade on Bay Lake at around 9 p.m. every night at the dock. My family looks forward to it every time we stay at the campgrounds!

Liz, I hope I've been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next vacation!
