Hi there, Jackie! Welcome to planDisney. Your visit to the Disneyland Resort is nearly here - I'll bet you can't wait! How to modify a park reservation will depend on what type of admission ticket you have.
If you have a single or multi-day ticket, log into your
MyDisney account on the
Disneyland Resort website. Click the "My Disneyland" tab at the top right of the page and then select "Theme Park Reservations" in the drop-down menu. From there, select the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button and you'll see an "Upcoming Theme Park Reservations" section. From here, you'll want to go to your reservation on the 20th and click "Modify Reservation" to change your theme park for the day. Currently, there are
park reservations available for both parks on the day of your visit; however, this is always subject to change.
Jackie, if you are a
Magic Key Holder, the reservation pool is different and you'll want to consult the
Magic Key Calendar before changing your park reservation. Currently, all four Magic Key levels show no reservation availability for either park on the 20th. To modify your reservation from California Adventure to Disneyland, there must be available reservations for the desired park. However, not all hope is lost. As other Guests modify their plans, availability may open up so I suggest checking back.
If you aren't able to modify your park reservation beforehand, my last thought is to speak with a Guest Relations Cast Member on the day of your visit and or call the
Tickets phone line at (714) 781-4636. It's worth seeing if they can assist you in switching your reservation or can provide any additional information on your situation.
I hope this helps, Jackie. If there is something that I missed or we need another brainstorming session,
please visit again so we can get this sorted out for you!
Wishing you a magical visit,
Melissa
