I have booked breakfast in Norway with the princesses for our upcoming trip. My daughter is an extremely picky eater and i was wondering if they had mickey waffles here in addition to the scrambled eggs

Hi Norma! I've got one of those picky eaters myself, so I have lots of experience dining at Disney World with a finicky kid. My son practically lives on bread, and we've always found that the breakfast buffets have plenty of options for him. At Akershus, in addition to the platter of eggs, bacon, sausage and potato casserole that the server brings to your table, you'll select items from a buffet that has picky-eater favorites like bagels, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and muffins. While Mickey waffles do not appear on the menu at Akershus, I've seen reports from various guests that they are available by request.  We found plenty of items on the buffet at Akershus to satisfy our picky eater, so I haven't tried ordering waffles at Akershus. However, I've found that Disney is very accommodating of children, and my finicky son has often been able to order his favorite foods, such as a grilled cheese sandwich, at many Disney restaurants even though they didn't appear on the menus.

Hope your little princess enjoys her royal breakfast at Akershus! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
