Being able to book another trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth makes checkout day a little less sad, and you get a great deal on that next visit. Let's go over all you need to know about changing dates on a bounce-back offer. This way, you can confirm your travel plans and continue getting ready for your next big adventure.
Justine, now that most 2027 travel dates are available for booking, you may be able to change your upcoming adventure online! You'll want to head on over to the
My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World website to get started. Scroll down to your existing reservation, and select the
Change Reservation option. The following screen will have the option to change your travel dates. Input your new desired travel timeframe to see if this offer can be applied. It is important to note that special offers, including Save on Your Next Stay, are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the offer. If your 2026 offer did include 2027 dates as part of the promotion, you may not be able to change to your new dates. If you are unable to find the change date option, you can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member
with Tickets and Hotel Reservations. They will be able to check your dates and see if the offer can be applied.
Pro tip: I recently changed the dates on my Save on Your Next Stay offer and found I did need to call to save the new dates. The website would allow me to get to the checkout page, but wouldn't save the offer. Be sure to call if your experience is the same! I hope these tips help you get those new dates booked.
