Booked with BA, have a ‘will call confirmation’ voucher. Tickets not linking Tried the reference number (begins ABI followed by 6 numbers) Tried Disney reservation number (TVRD followed by 8 numbers) How do I link tickets

    Hello Dominique!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad to be the first person to help you on your upcoming trip. It can be frustrating when plans you are so excited about don't appear.

I found some great information from the magical English planDisney panelist Sue who states that there are a few ways to link your reservation! I have to note that since you just booked with British Airways there is sometimes a delay from when you booked till when it shows up on the Disney computers. If there have been a few days since you booked then I suggest trying again to link your tickets right on an internet browser and not the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  I don't know why but sometimes the app can be fussy and it works better on a regular computer browser. If you booked a Resort Reservation or Vacation Package then head here. This will link not only your Walt Disney World Resort reservation but your tickets as well as they were sold together. Dominique, do you see your hotel reservation? If so, then most likely your tickets have been linked and you are not seeing them due to how things are laid out on the screen. Your Resort Reservation is here but your Tickets should show up here. Look in your My Disney Experience Account Plans for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" and the tickets in your package should appear there.

If you only purchased tickets and want those linked then head here. The ticket number could also be considered a confirmation number and could vary in the amount of digits and letters it has. The ideal number to enter is underneath a barcode or in the email's subject line.

If you continue to have issues I would reach out to British Airways to see if they may have given you an incorrect confirmation number. Since they are essentially your Travel Agent they have control over your reservation and all those details. Don't worry, as you can always bring your voucher to the ticket booths in front of the Parks or to the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs when you arrive. The Cast Members will need any documentation you were provided along with your valid photo ID.

I hope this was helpful and if you have any more questions please free to head on back!

    Happy Planning!

Meet the Panelist: Nimmy, New York

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
