Booked with BA but can’t link our tickets on the Disney experience app as we’ve not received these & have been told by BA that we get these at the ticket window at the park. Is this correct as I thought we make a reservation for the park before

    Hi Sophie!
    Welcome back to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you organise your tickets so you can start planning for your holiday.

The good news is that as of 9th January 2024, we no longer need to make any park reservations, so you don't need to have your tickets linked to your account in advance of your trip (where previously we needed to do this in order to make park reservations).

Your tour operator may not have given you actual tickets yet, but you should have been given a booking reference which you can use to link your tickets online.  If you have booked a package (including a hotel and park tickets), go to your My Disney Experience on the website at disneyworld.co.uk/plan/ , set up an account, then click on 'Plans and Tickets".  By entering your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel' 'Link a Reservation', both your hotel and ticket details should appear under your plans.  Then you'll be set to go.  If you received a separate ticket invoice 'Disney Ticket Will Call Confirmation', your ticket ID reservation number can be found at the top of the page under the bar code.

If you haven't been given a Disney Reservation Number, you'll need to contact your tour operator directly for this, as you can't access it from anywhere else.

First, though, I would try linking your holiday booking reference and see if it links your park tickets as well.  Using My Disney Experience on the website go to 'Plans and Tickets', scroll down past 'Your Upcoming Reservation', and 'Your Planning Party' to 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets'.  Under that heading you'll see 'Daily Itinerary' and 'Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker' click on that to see if your tickets are showing up.

If you are still having difficulty linking your tickets, don't worry - you don't need them to be linked until you arrive on your holiday.  Once you arrive at Walt Disney World please visit any Guest Relations window at any theme park or Disney Springs Ticket Center who will be happy to assist you.

If you need further clarification about any of the above, please send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
