Booked at AKL in a standard room however, I will have a 15yo Son and 10yo daughter, they really can’t share a bed. Do I need to contact before hand to request a roll away or, can I do it at the front desk? A bunk would be better but, they didn’t have any!

    Hi Laura!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for stopping by to ask a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning Question.   I am happier than Pooh Bear with a hunny pot to help you out today.

I can relate to the need for separate beds for your teens.  My daughter is now a teen and hates to have to share a bed with one of her little siblings.  Good news, there are a limited number of roll away beds available at most Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.  I highly recommend you call before your arrival and make a request for one.  You can reach a Cast Member who can take this request at ( 407)  939-2273.  I suggest you have your confirmation number ready so they can access your reservation in an efficient manner.    I also suggest that when you arrive you double check that a roll away bed has been added to your reservation.   I want to stress to you that this is a request and that all roll away beds may already be in use when you arrive.   Disney will do their best to accommodate your need but sometimes there are more requests than their are beds available.

I hope this has helped. Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you.  Lending a helping hand to fellow Guests is what I enjoy best.
