We booked through a AAA agent. I’ve linked all my reservations and tickets and it says we have purchased the memory maker on our paperwork, but there is only 1 number for the whole package how can I link it to the app? It does not accept the package number.

Hiya, Lori, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! Smile for the camera! I added Memory Maker to my Annual Pass, and now it's my favorite thing. My husband has learned to grin and bear it whenever I spy a PhotoPass photographer's bright green shirt. We always have to stop for a pic! Let's look at how you can activate this phenomenal product in your profile.

Typically, you'll activate Memory Maker after taking your first official PhotoPass photo. You'll open your My Disney Experience Mobile App and select Photo Gallery. Tap on any image, and you should get a message to "Activate Memory Maker." From there, simply follow the prompts. You can also call Disney PhotoPass Support for help or stop by a Guest Experience Team kiosk inside the parks.

If you don't see the message to activate Memory Maker, reach out to AAA to confirm the product was added to your package. You can always purchase it during or even after your visit.

One of my favorite photographers is often at Disney's Hollywood Studios. His name is Willie J., and he is a LEGEND. He was taking photos near the Tower of Terror recently, and my family had a blast with him. Willie has received more Cast Compliments than any Disney Cast Member. I'm crossing my fingers you get to meet him during your visit!

Thanks again for allowing planDisney to help you during your vacation, Lori. If you need ideas for fun poses, just ask my husband; he's a pro now! Hope to see ya real soon.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
