If I book a vacation package now for a trip next year, would I still be eligible for promotions between now and then... like free dining or %off hotels specials?

Hi, Michelle! Yes! Walt Disney World is very willing to apply a newly-announced promotion or discount to an existing reservation whenever possible. That means, if you'd like to start planning your vacation, you could book now and apply a discount later.  Then later, if you see a discount announced that you'd like to take advantage of, simply contact Disney at 407-W-DISNEY (or your travel agent if you used one) and ask that it be applied to your reservation. If the resort and room category you've booked is available, you'll be able to apply the discount. Most times, if it is not available for your specific resort selection, you can ask about changing to a different room or resort category. Most times this can be done without any cost to you (and if there is a small change fee, it is usually offset by the amount of the discount).  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
