I want to book a vacation for November, but one of our older family members has not been well, and in the case that they are unable to join us, but we book their ticket, can we get a refund on the ticket for that guest only?

Hi Lauren! It Is wonderful that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation for your family! Disney has a very concrete cancellation policy with respect to vacation package cancellation. Should you book for your family, and one guest will not be able to make it, you can make changes to your resort reservation package up until 45 days prior to arrival without penalty. Should you need to change your reservation from 6-44 days prior to arrival, you will incur a $50 fee per reservation. Changing your reservation six days or less prior to arrival will result in a loss of monies paid for that portion of vacation. No refunds are given for unused tickets. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
