If I book a vacation for early December and it turns out we are unable to go at that time, would we be able to change the date to the middle of February?

Hello there, Jason! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allow us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

The holidays at Walt Disney World Resort are a particularly magical time to visit! Guests will be able to find decorations across all of the Disney Resort hotels as well as various offerings within each of the four theme parks. My personal favorite is the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays! This celebration invites Guests to experience holiday traditions from across the globe in the form of storytelling, music, and food. Be sure you come with an appetite as the Holiday Kitchens are not something you want to miss out on!

Walt Disney World Resort is wonderfully flexible when it comes to altering plans! If your plans end up changing, you can modify or cancel your Disney Resort hotel reservation from their My Disney Experience account by going to the “My Reservations” page. Once there, you can either click the “Modify Reservation” or “Cancel Reservation” option. If you prefer to speak with someone about modifying or canceling your reservation, you can do so by reaching out to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line

Springtime is another wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World Resort as well! I recommend looking through the various options and events that take place in the spring if you end up needing to reschedule your visit. A fun alternative to the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays is the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. This is another event that includes music, exhibits, and outdoor kitchens to celebrate the season!

I hope you are able to plan the perfect visit to Walt Disney World Resort regardless of the time of year! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as well!
