If I book my vacation in my Disney experience it already shows my daughter's age at 16 but at travel time she will be 18 and it won't let me change her age cause her birthday is entered in my account? How will that work with pricing being different

Hi, Amanda! It's great to see you back here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My Disney Experience is the practically perfect planning tool for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. As with all technology, there can be glitches in the system, and some things are easier to fix than others. A Fairy Godmother I am not, but I think I have a solution for you- Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!

As long as you manage your daughter's account on My Disney Experience, you should be able to edit her information. Pull up your My Family & Friends List and click on the blue link to the right that says, "Update." A window will pop up, allowing you to change her birthdate. If this doesn't work, your best bet is to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765. They are available daily from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM EST.

As far as theme park tickets go, Mouseketeers ages ten and up are required to purchase an adult ticket. Now that Walt Disney World Resort has implemented Date-Based Tickets, you can use an interactive online calendar on the website to view the different prices based on the dates you wish to visit. Once you select a start date for your trip, you will see the prices for guests ages 10+ and ages 3-9.

I hope this information is helpful, Amanda! See ya' real soon!
