Hi there! If we book an umbrella at Typhoon Lagoon, I know it includes seating for 4 people but could 6 of us use this, either taking it in turns or if 2 of us sat on the beach next to them or is there a strict limit of 4. Thanks

    Hello Paul!

Ahhhh, Typhoon Lagoon on a warm, late-spring day. Now, that’s what I call paradise! There’s just something magical about the laid-back island vibes, the rush of North America’s largest wave pool, and that perfect mix of thrills and relaxation. Sounds like an unforgettable day in the making!

If you want to kick back in comfort, the Typhoon Lagoon Umbrella Rentals are a fantastic option! These include an umbrella, two lounge chairs, two beach chairs, a drink table, and towels giving your crew a shady retreat in a quieter area. Just keep in mind that each rental only accommodates up to four Guests, and each person gets a wristband for access.

Got a bigger group? No worries! The Beachcomber Shacks take the water park experience up a notch. These private cabanas fit up to six Guests and come with towels, cushioned seating, a locker, refillable drink mugs, and a cooler stocked with bottled water and ice. Plus, you’ll have a friendly attendant ready to take your food orders, making it an extra relaxing VIP experience. Another option? Renting two Typhoon Lagoon Umbrellas to keep your whole crew cool and comfy.

Pro planDisney Tip: Bring along some water shoes. Even in May, that Florida sun can heat up the pavement really quickly! Keeping your feet happy means more time for wave-riding, lazy river-floating, and splash-tastic fun!

Wishing you a sun-soaked, wave-crashing, memory-making day at Typhoon Lagoon!
